OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE

What we're doing to keep you safe

As new guidance is released, we will be updating our measures to best protect clients.

At-Risk Client Hours

We are opening the salon early (8-10am) and reserving that time for at-risk & golden clients.

Occupancy Limits

We will restrict the number of clients to 4 in the salon to allow for social distancing.

Enhanced Cleaning

We will clean and sanitize all non-porous items (e.g. chairs) between each client.

PPE

We will wears masks, gloves, and other protective gear to prevent spreading.

Sanitizer Stations

We provide easy access to hand sanitizer throughout the salon and at each station.

Team Health Checks

Daily salon staff temperature checks and regular COVID-19 testing.

What you can do to keep us safe

We'll only be dry cutting so please arrive with your hair pre-washed and dry.

Call & Wait

Please give us a call when you arrive and wait for the receptionist to welcome you at the front door. Please exit through the back.

Wearing a Mask

We require that clients wear a mask when in the salon. We can and will refuse service without one.

Social Distancing

Whenever possible maintain the requisite 6ft social distancing. We miss you but please no hand shakes or hugs.

We will check client's temperature prior to entering the salon and verbally screen for COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival.
